I booked a room with air conditioning online and was very happy with the spaciousness.

Comfortable room, exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom. Absolutely perfect location, easy walk to everywhere. Accommodating staff, free wake up calls and ironing.

Clean hotel in a nice building really close to the train station and restaurants and the town centre. Amiable personnel, well-equipped and neat rooms with a terrace as well as good equipments. Beautiful decoration. Perfect and convenient position on the private beach...

We had a wonderful stay at La Terrazza in Vicenza. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us coffee upon arrival and after our day at the ukulele festival. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with hot water and good water pressure. Getting to the hotel from the train station was easy, with bus number 1 or 4 taking only about 8 minutes. the hotel is also conveniently located just a 1 km walk from Retrone park. the sweet breakfast and good coffee were a nice touch, and the wifi worked well in our room. We would definitely recommend La Terrazza for a pleasant stay in Vicenza.

The owner or staff stayed long to wait for our arrival late at night. I really appreciate this gesture. The breakfast was great. Staff are courteous and friendly.

I noticed that the flag of USA in front of the hotel is upside down. Please correct this as a US Army base is just around the area.

The room was permeated by an pungent perfume smell, like someone poured a whole bottle on the carpet.

The room was big and fabulous with air conditioning. My experience was excellent. the hotel had a perfect and particularly good location close to a bus stop which will take you to the town center.

The Staff was very helpful and curtious. I enjoyed being able to put everything one bill.

The hotel is a family run business which is located on the outskirts of the old town of Vincenza. Despite its location near a flyover the hotel was well soundproofed and there was no traffic noise at night. The decor might not be to everyones taste but I think that Lorretta the owner had something to do with the design. I though it was quite Art Decor and different. I would not consider it a walking distance to the old town unless you are quite fit. I had a car and used the hotel as a base for 4 days with free hotal parking which was a bonus. visiting Verona and Venice are a must together with Vincenza old town. If you are adventurous enough you can also visit Pisa which is a 200 mile drive. Loretta is a lovely lady and host always had a smile and greating and altrhough she did not speak much English I found that I could still have a conversation with her. Any problems and her husband was normally on hand who could speak good english. The continental breakfast was by far the best I had in 16days touring with an excellent selection of cereals, meats, eggs. quasants etc and if you were hungry afterwards then you only have yourselves to blame. Cant wait to go back to Italy and would definately go back to the hotel again.

You need a car although the train station is a 20minute walk away which you can reach Verona and Venice on.

The staff was really kind and nice. It was a brilliant base for one night. - the location was great for traveling around Vicenza. - So close to Vicenza for a ukulele festival at a local park and town center.

Large Family room plenty of room for two adults and three small kids. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Further from rail station than anticipated, 20+ min walk with luggage. Lack of English speaking staff, not a problem

went to the theatre in Vicenza, arrived at hotel late at night - left next morning - people friendly, place clean, breakfast nice enough with reasonable choice and home-made cakes, they were helpful with directions - definitely good value for money - would considering coming back and would recommend
